The National Defence Fund in the framework of its property’s utilisation, has proceeded to several leases of its landed property. Of these the most characteristic are:

• For the Ministry of Justice:
  
  • Group of buildings of the former Military Academy (Evelpidon), near the “Pedion Areos” park, where judiciary agencies are located (Athens Court of First Instance).
  • Gonos Camp in Thessaloniki as a correctional institution.
• For the Ministry of Culture / National Art Gallery:
  
  • Old military buildings as well as open space at the Goudi Hellenic Army Park, for use by the National Glyptotheque.
